We think you should keep more of the equity you've earned.

A simple 1% listing fee

If you sell your home the traditional way - you give up 6% of the sale right off the top: 3% goes to the listing agent, and the other 3% goes to the buyer's agent. If you sell with UpsideDoor, you only pay a 1% listing fee*, and 2.5% to the buyer's agent (if the buyer has one).

*For homes selling less than $350,000 we charge a flat rate of $3,500.
